Start with the tension, not the trend.
The useful opportunity is often hiding inside what customers, teams, and business models are struggling to reconcile.
Make the logic visible.
A decision becomes scalable when people can understand the tradeoff, test the assumption, and act without waiting for permission.
Design the behavior, not only the artifact.
Interfaces, processes, and brands work when they help people do the right thing with less friction and more confidence.
Keep the system honest.
Good organizations shorten the distance between reality, reflection, and the next responsible move.

I hold an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a degree in Informatics from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember.
